The pop soul of Rome of the '60s, reinterpreted by the imagination and visions of the artists of the so called School of Piazza del Popolo, an artistic movement born in Rome in those years thanks to Mario Schifano, Giosetta Fioroni , Tano Festa and Franco Angeli, who met at the Café Rosati in Piazza del Popolo. Later they were joined by many other artists as Pino Pascali, Francesco Lo Savio, Sergio Lombardo, Renato Mambor, Enrico Manera and many others, whose works, including more than 100 paintings, sculptures, photographs, installations, documentaries, you can admire at the Museum MACRO in Rome from July 23 to 27 November 2016. All works have been recovered thanks to the collaboration with the Experimental Center for Cinematography - National Film Archive.
